The OCM is about to publish the list of application requirements for the upcoming licensing window. To be clear, ONLY LOTTERY ENTRANTS need to be in a hurry. All applications for uncapped license types will be accepted starting February 18th, 2025, on a rolling basis, with no plan to close the process (for lottery participants, the window closes March 14th, 2025). That means that, functionally, the limit on microbusiness, delivery, transporter and wholesale licenses will be limited at the local level by the number of available, properly zoned and licensable locations.
